The staff were really friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice spot. During our stay there was easy access to the city.
Breakfasts options should be more South American( typical breakfast in Perú) than North American for the full experience.

An exceptional hotel built in traditional style. I was impressed by the kindness and professional of the staff. In particular, Kevin stood out by helping and answering all my questions. The bar staff was truly amazing and showed their generosity and kindness by offering all the additional drinks at breakfast (espresso, water...) free of charge. I highly recommend Novotel Cusco
